Julian Weiss, Comptroller
A consummate professional, Julian Weiss has been Comptroller of Helen Keller Services for the Blind (HKSB) for over 30 years.
Weiss’ expert handling and maintenance of financial, accounting, administrative and personnel services has allowed HKSB to continue to be a pioneer in the field of blindness rehabilitation.
Prior to joining Helen Keller, Weiss was the Controller of Popular Library, a multi-million dollar paperback and magazine publishing company that was eventually acquired by CBS, Inc. After the acquisition, Mr. Weiss became the Director of Accounting of the renamed division (Consumer Publishing).
Weiss received his Bachelor of Laws degree from Brooklyn Law School and graduated cum laude from City College with a Bachelors in Business Administration.
