Through engaging activities and hands-on demonstrations, families will discover new sensory experiences, try different methods of communicating, and learn about innovative ways that Helen Keller Services supports independence and achievement in the blind and DeafBlind community.

Storytelling & Sign Language: Experience stories coming alive through American Sign Language and learn basic signs with our storytellers.
Creative Arts Workshop: Explore texture and creativity through hands-on art projects, including making your own take-home sensory craft.
Navigation Adventures: Try out white cane techniques and learn how people who are blind navigate their environment with confidence.
Technology Discovery: Experience the innovative ways people communicate and connect using adaptive technologies.
Braille Expression Station: Create your name in braille and explore this revolutionary reading and writing system.
Sensory Games & Activities: Engage in fun activities that highlight how we use our different senses to understand the world around us.
Join us for this unique family experience where fun and learning come together. Registration is encouraged to help us plan for refreshments and activities, though all families are welcome on the day of the event.
